It's actually much simpler than that. A good routine of maintenance and cleaning is the answer. Your coffee machine goes through a lot. There are mechanisms constantly on the move, water being heated, coffee being grinded and squashed.

The same way a car needs regular oil changes, your coffee machine needs regular TLC.

Making sure to regularly descale your machine is the most important thing you can do at home, and it really only takes 10 minutes of your time (the coffee machine does the rest).

However, a deeper clean can be time consuming and really messy. At The Coffee Medics, we know your day is already filled with a busy schedule. Work, Family, Friends and other commitments, it's hard to find the time.

That's why we offer preventative maintenance to all coffee machines; De'longhi, Sage, Melitta, Krups, AEG.... If you have it, we can service it.

During the service we inspect & clean all the important o-rings (and replace them if needed), grease moving components, disinfect the water system and run a descale cycle through the machine.
